Where is Obama? Iran, Israel, Afghanistan….

General Stanley McChrystal, who is the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan warned that the war in Afghanistan would end in failure without additional troops. His assessment was sent to Defense Secretary Gates on Aug. 30. Yep, one month ago. President says he will review it. And the cherry on this cake is that the General has talked to Obama ONCE in 70 days. That is not a typo. SEVENTY DAYS. The commander in chief has talked to his General ONCE IN SEVENTY DAYS.  Mmmmm-kay.

Iran reveals it has hidden, underground nuclear facility. President threatens to sanction, again. Iran responds by test firing missiles not once, not twice, but THREE times over the weekend. The last test in these war games was just a few minutes ago and these were long range missiles that reach Israel and US bases in the mid-east. Congratulations Iran on your success in the ability to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

Saudi Arabia is ready to allow Israel to bomb Iran’s new nuclear site.  This is important because Israel needs the use of their airspace.  I’m expecting a preemptive strike any day.

So where is President Obama you ask? Well, he is off to Copenhagen this morning to personally rally for his corrupt hometown, Chicago, in their bid to host the 2016 Olympics.

NEWSFLASH Mr. President: USA may not be around to host the Olympics if you don’t do you job.

 

 

Obama Chairs UN Security Council in Direct Violation of the US Constitution

Not like that has stopped anything else he’s done, right? But this one came out of left field. I keep up with just about everything, but I somehow missed Gibbsy’s announcement that Obama appointed himself chair of the UN Security Council. This is prohibited according to the US Constitution Article 1 Section 9, which states:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

The UN has a standing military force and we have an Ambassador to the UN just as we do to other foreign States. This leads me to believe the UN can be considered a foreign State. Please leave a comment if I am incorrect about this.

I haven’t heard much about this on any news programs, but it seems to me if he is in direct violation, it would be an impeachable offense. One could dare hope.

Secondly, as the Unconstitutional chair, Obama had control of the agenda to be discussed and decided to take the Iranian and North Korean nuclear programs off the table.  Does that make any sense? This is the global nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament talks and he doesn’t discuss the two nations who would love to destroy our nation.

I think…no, I know…this President of the United States despises America and betrays her every chance he can.

Secret US-Israeli Meeting to Focus on Iran?

According to an Iranian website I was just reading, Israel is preparing to attack Iran. This has so many meaning, consequences, and is another step in the fulfillment of scripture. Here is some info released about an hour ago.

Amid reports that Israel is preparing to bomb Iranian nuclear sites, political heavyweights in Washington and Tel Aviv make plans for a secret get-together.

Ria Novosti reported on Friday that US Defense Secretary Robert Gates is planning to visit Tel Aviv within the next two weeks to discuss a whole range of international issues, including Tehran’s nuclear case, in secret meetings with the Netanyahu government.

The secret meetings come at a time when two Israeli warships, the Hanit and the Eliat, sailed through the Suez Canal within cruise-missile range of Iran earlier in the week.

A senior Israeli defense official  said the move should be seen as serious preparations for a long-expected Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear sites. “This is preparation that should be taken seriously. Israel is investing time in preparing itself for the complexity of an attack on Iran,” said the Israeli defense official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity.

The move came ten days after a submarine — believed to be nuclear-armed — made a similar crossing and headed from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has brought Israel closer to war with Iran, ever-since he made his politiical comeback in February.

Washington has so far remained undecided in its response to speculations that Israel is gearing up for go-it-alone air strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

Vice President Joe Biden, in a recent interview, openly suggested that Washington would not stand in the way of an Israeli attack on Iran.
